The exercise used to get a bigger penis is called “jelqing”. This is what jelqing consists of:
- Taking your thumb and forefinger of one hand, you wrap them around the base of your penis.
- Gently, and slowly massage upwards with one stroke.
- Repeat with the other hand and continue until you do a certain number of sets and reps according to the program you are following.
Note: Lubrication should be used while jelqing.
A big question in regards to jelqing is how often you need to do it. Most general jelqing programs require a 5 day routine. Usually something like Monday through Friday, and then the weekend off, although you can split it up differently as long as you get 5 days of exercises in, and get 2 days of rest which is very, very important for growth to occur.
With a 5 day jelqing routine you usually only have to spend 10 – 20 minutes doing the exercise on workout days. Some programs are longer and there are some that are even under 10 minutes.
Now there are some 3 day a week jelq routines, but usually this requires that the exercise be performed for longer on the workout days. Usually guys are more apt at sticking with a relatively quick 5 day routine as opposed to long workouts 3 days a week.
The key to any routine is consistency and patience. You have to be consistent in your jelqing, performing the exercise on the given workout days, and you have to be patient and allow the growth to occur.
Don’t expect overnight results. Guys have increased their size by an inch in 3-6 weeks, and many have continued jelqing further to attempt even larger size.
